Approve the Final Acceptance for the public improvements at Washington Lane VII, located at 2700 South 9th Street

Background:
Morton Excavating, LLC has completed the construction for Washington Lane VII. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Engineering and Construction Department.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Water; (2) Sanitary Sewer; (3) Storm Sewer and (4) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $812,060.25.
