                     Approval of and Authorization to Execute a Site Use/Lease Agreement Between the City of Broken Arrow and CELLCO Partnership D/B/A Verizon Wireless

Background:

CELLCO Partnership D/B/A Verizon Wireless has made a request to enter into a use/lease agreement for tower space located on the city of Broken Arrow water tower located at 3093 North Elm Place.

 

The terms of this lease are for approximately 480 square feet of ground space and tower space at a monthly rate of $2,500.00. This lease is a 5 year lease with three 5 year renewal options that include a 15% increase in rent per each renewal term.
