Background:
The City of Broken Arrow obtained quotes and a purchase order was issued to replace the fire monitoring system control panels at the Justice Center. In replacing the control panels it was found that the notification devices (strobe lights) would not meet the NFPA 72 code requirement and would need to be replaced to pass the fire Marshall Inspections process. This change order provides for the replacement of the notification devices to make them code compliant. The purchase order value prior to this change order was $19,910.00 and with this addition of this change order the new purchase order value will be $26,580.00
Cost: $6,670.00
