Background:

The Right-of-Way acquisition for 4th Street Sidewalk project has been approved in the Sales Tax Capital Improvement Annual Sidewalk Construction fund. The City’s right-of-way agent has negotiated a payment of $2,000.00 for right-of-way with David Hathhorn, the property owner of parcel 2, which consists of .023 acres, in the East 60 feet of the West 270 feet of the N1/2 of Block 2, College Addition, Sec. 11, T18N, R14E, Tulsa County. Payment will be made on the 04/18/17 City Council claims list. Staff recommends that the Council accept the General Warranty Deed and authorize payment.
