Background:

The attached General Warranty Deeds, Utility Easements and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the Board of Education of School District No. 3 a/k/a Broken Arrow Public Schools. The Board of Education of School District No. 3 has donated the right of way and easements, subject to City Council approval.  A copy of the General Warranty Deeds, Utility Easements and Temporary Construction Easements are attached.
