Background:
The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from The Board of Education School District No. 3 (“Broken Arrow Public Schools”) for a tract of land lying in Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, Block 30, Broken Arrow Original Town, Tulsa County. Broken Arrow Public Schools has donated the easement, subject to City Council approval. A copy of the Temporary Construction Easement is attached.
