Background:
In conjunction with the service agreement in the amount of $9,110 for building and accessibility plan review and inspection of the 70,000 square foot Shops at Broken Arrow Phase 2, approved on November 7, 2016 by City Council, the Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS) is requesting payment number 1.
City staff has reviewed the pay request and recommends approval.
Cost: $2,960.00 (Professional Services, Development Services Budget)
