Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from First Baptist Church of Broken Arrow. First Baptist Church of Broken Arrow has donated the easements, subject to City Council approval. A copy of the Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are attached.
