End
Background:
The State’s Massage Therapy Practice Act supersedes and pre-empts all ordinances or regulations regulating massage therapists in any city, county or political subdivision. Title 59 O.S. §4200.10 Therefore, the proposed ordinance repeals all local regulation of massage therapy.
