Background:
R.L. Shears Company, P.C. prepared the construction documents for Downtown Main Street Streetscapes, Phase IV. Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Consultant Agreement to cover assistance during construction for an extended construction period and preparation of three (3) temporary construction easements was negotiated in the amount of $27,400.00. The revised total contract amount, including Amendments 1, 2, 3, and 4 is $548,690.00.
Funding for the project is from Vision 2025 Surplus, 2014 Streets GO Bond, and Sales Tax Capital Improvements.
Cost: $ 27,400.00
