Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Steven James Phillips, on a tract of land lying in the S1/2 of the East 60 feet of the West 270 feet of Block 2, College Addition, Tulsa County. Mr. Phillips has donated the right of way and easement, subject to City Council approval. A copy of the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement is attached.
