Approval of and authorization to execute First Amendment to Communications Radio Antenna Agreement with T-Mobile Central, LLC for property located at 803 East Kenosha Street

Background:
T-Mobile Central, LLC has leased ground and tower space at Tiger Hill since June 18, 2007, for its radio antenna and cabinet equipment. During this time, they have been a stellar lessee.
The current agreement is scheduled to expire on September 13, 2018. This amendment adds terms for four (4) additional and successive five (5) year terms. T-Mobile is currently paying a monthly rent at the rate of $2,300.00 per month. In addition to the 4 additional and successive five (5) year renewal terms this agreement also adds terms that will increase the monthly rent by fifteen (15) percent for each additional renewal term.
