Acceptance of a Waterline Easement Dedication from Robert L. and Belinda L. Cacy, on property located east of 9th Street and a quarter mile north of Tucson Street, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, (Section 36, T18N, R14E) (Lynn Lane Mini Storage Phase II)

Background:
The owner, Robert L. and Belinda L. Cacy, have submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a 15-foot waterline easement along the west side of the property, to be located west of the building line setback as described in the legal description found in Exhibit A. This dedication is being requested so the waterline can be located west of the building line of the mini storage units. A previous 15-foot waterline easement has been requested to be closed on this property due to its encroachment into the west building setback line.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the waterline easement dedication.
