Approval of and authorization to execute Resolution No. 1008, a Resolution authorizing acceptance of a General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow on a tract of land located in the NW1/4 of Sec. 5, T18N, R15W, Wagoner County and authorize payment in the amount of $3,420.00 for 37th Street: Houston to Albany Road Improvements (Project No. ST1413)

Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Terry N. Carter, Sr. Mr. Carter has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: $3,420.00
Temporary Construction Easement: $0
Total Compensation: $3,420.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount will be on the April 18, 2017 Claims List.
Cost: $3,420.00
