Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed, Perpetual Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from John P. Black. Mr. Black has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Right of Way: $1,905.00
Perpetual Utility Easement: $953.00
Temporary Construction Easement: $476.00
Damages: $2,666.00
Total Compensation: $6,000.00

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed, Perpetual Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount will be on the April 18, 2017 City Council Claims List.

Cost: $6,000.00
