Background:

The applicant/owner, Randall Burnley, has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a utility easement along the south side of Jasper Street and east side of Olive Avenue as described in Exhibit A. This unplatted property is located on the southeast corner of Jasper Street and Olive Avenue.

 

A lot split proposal has been submitted to the Planning Commission for this property and will be heard on April 13, 2017. The utility easement has been submitted before the lot split in order to expedite the filing of warranty deeds after approval of the lot split.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
