Staff has reached an agreement with Todd and Jennifer Kitchen regarding the purchase of property located at 825 East Dallas Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, more particularly described as Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block One (1), East Haskell Addition to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The purchase of this property is for the 9th Street Widening Project from Elgin to El Paso Streets. The parties have agreed to the sum of $175,000.00. This acquisition is a total take. As a portion of the consideration, Mr. and Mrs. Kitchen will be allowed to remove the following items: cabinets in laundry room, ceiling fans, wood floor, sink and toilet, thermostat, countertop in bathroom, shed, A/C from the house and shop, fluorescent lights in shop, storm door, electrical from shop, landscapin...
