Acceptance of a General Warranty Deed, Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow a tract of land that is part of Block Two (2), Mound View Addition to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the US Government Survey for the 9th Street Widening from Elgin to El Paso (Project No. ST1210)

Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed, Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement are being provided to the City of Broken Arrow from John H. Bryce, Trustee of The Bryce Revocable Family Trust.
Payment for the Utility Easement includes a temporary construction easement over the Permanent Utility Easement of 1,443 sf.
Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
Funding for this project is from 2011 G.O. Bond Issue.
Cost: General Warranty Deed: 2,207 SF @ $3.00 SF = $6,621
Permanent Utility Easement: 1,443 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $2,165
Temporary Construction Easement: 2,848 SF @ $3.00/SF X 25%= $1,709
Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 10,500
