Acceptance of a Utility Easement on property located north of the Broken Arrow Expressway, a quarter mile west of 9th Street, Lot 4, Block 2, Hillside Crossings, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, (Section 2, T18N, R14E)

Background:
The applicant has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a 16.17-foot wide utility easement along the east side of Tract A, created by BAL 1086, and as shown in exhibit A.
Lots 4 and 5 of block 2, Hillside Crossings, were combined and subsequently re-divided to create the Hobby Lobby Parcel. The original easements on lots 4 and 5, dedicated by the Hillside Crossings plat, run directly under the Hobby Lobby building. No utilities were placed in these easements so the applicant has requested that they be closed. Closure requests are provided as separate factsheets.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easements.
