Background:

The applicant, has submitted an application requesting the closure of a mutual access and utility easement which extends along the west boundary of Lot 4, Block 2 of the Hillside Crossings plat.

Lots 4 and 5 of block 2 were combined and subsequently re-divided to create the Hobby Lobby Parcel. The original easement, dedicated by the Hillside Crossings plat, run directly under the Hobby Lobby building. No utilities were placed in this easement so the applicant is proposing to close this easement and dedicate a new one along the east boundary of the new property line. The new dedication will be presented in a separate factsheet.
