Rich, et al. , Case No. CV-2017-4, in the District Court for Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma and directing the City Attorney to prepare and file any and all necessary documents to settle the Journal Entry of Judgment for the court’s approval

Background:

On January 10, 2017 Raul Gonzales Levya and Maria Polentino filed a Petition to Quiet Title for property located at 21480 East 51st Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.  Mr. Gonzales Levya and Polentino acquired fees simple to this property by way of a tax sale purchase on April 18, 2017 recorded in the office of the Wagoner County Clerk in book 2278 at pages 738-739.  The City of Broken Arrow filed Releases of Liens on its claims and its releases were filed of record in the office of the Wagoner County Clerk on February 6, 2017 at book 2238 at pages 536-549 and 573-576 and 579-582. The proposed Journal Entry of Judgment vests Title in plaintiff’s possession. The attached Resolution authorizes Journal Entry of Judgment in this matter by acknowledging the City’s release of the liens to this property.
