Consideration, discussion, and possible adoption of Ordinance No. 3460-Corrected, an ordinance correcting a zoning designation on the property located on 27.97 acres of land located in Section 1, Township 17 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, repealing all ordinances to the contrary, changing the zoning designation from AG to A-1 Agricultural District Zoning classification, and declaring an emergency
End
Background:
At the request of the property owner, the City of Broken Arrow annexed 27.97 Acres on the Northeast Corner of East 131st Street South and South 193rd East Avenue, more particularly described on the attached proposed ordinance, on December 20, 2016, by approving Ordinance No. 3460. Included in the Ordinance was a change in zoning of the property from AG to RE/PUD. This change in zoning was a scrivner’s error. The correct zoning of the property is A-1 Agricultural District Zoning which is reflected in this corrected ordinance.
