Background:                     Public Service Company of Oklahoma, local electric service provider, is requiring an easement for main service to the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center prior to final plat filing.  The City of Broken Arrow owns the property which the Hotel and Conference Center are located.  Cowan Group Engineering prepared the attached 15-foot utility easement legal and exhibit to accommodate the main electric service to the facility.  The easement will be incorporated into the final plat upon filing.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
