Notification of City Manager’s and Assistant City Manager’s signing Professional Consultant Agreements with a value less than $25,000
End
Background:
The City Manager or his designee is authorized by ordinance to approve contract actions up to $25,000.00, including A/E agreements, professional consultant contracts and amendments, and construction contracts. The City requires that the governing body be apprised of such approvals by the City Manager or his designee at the next following meeting.
The City Manager or Assistant City Manager for Operations approved the following Professional Consultant Agreements:
• Amendment No. 2 to Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Crafton Tull, for revising the plans and preparing a Site Plan for Rose West Dog Park, Project No. 126038, $6,700.00, 02/28/17.
• Professional Services Contract with NEO Design, LLC, for 4-Ton Bridge Analysis and Rehabilitation Deaign, Project No. ST1303, $3,750.00, 03/09/17.
Copies of the Amendment and Professional Services Contract are attached.
Funding is from the 2014 Quality of Life General Obligation Bond Issue and Sales Tax Capital Improvements.
Cost: $10,450.00 total
