Background:

Staff has reached an agreement with John H. and Dorothy W. Bryce, the Co-Trustees of The Bryce Family Revocable Trust regarding the purchase of property located at 310 North 9th Street, Broken Arrow, OK, more particularly described as: Beginning 146 Feet North of the Southeast Corner of Block Two (2), MOUND VIEW ADDITION to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, thence West 140 Feet; thence North 50 Feet; thence East 140 Feet; thence South 50 Feet to the Point of Beginning according to the recorded Plat No. 660.

 

That the purchase of this property is for the public purpose of the 9th Street Widening Project from Elgin to El Paso Streets.  The parties have agreed to the sum of Sixty-three Thousand dollars ($63,000.00).

 

Staff recommends that the Resolution be approved.
