Background:

At the request of the property owner, the City of Broken Arrow annexed 27.97 Acres on the Northeast Corner of East 131st Street South and South 193rd East Avenue, more particularly described on the attached proposed ordinance, on December 20, 2016 by approving Ordinance No. 3460.  Included in the Ordinance was a change in zoning of the property from AG to RE/PUD. This change in zoning is void because no public notice or public hearing was held on the matter of re-zoning.  The correct zoning of the property is A-1 Agricultural District Zoning which is reflected in this ordinance change.
