title

Consideration, discussion, and possible preview of an ordinance closing a waterline easement on property located in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Thirty (36), Township Eighteen (18), North Range Fourteen (14) East, a subdivision in the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, generally located east of 9th Street and a quarter mile north of Tucson Street; repealing all ordinances to the contrary; and declaring an emergency (Lynn Lane Mini Storage Phase II)

End

Background:

The owner, Robert L. and Belinda L. Cacy, have submitted an application requesting the closure of a 15-foot waterline easement along the west side of the property, which encroaches into the proposed building line setback. This closure is being requested so the waterline can be located west of the building line of the mini storage units. A new dedication of a waterline easement is being submitted as a replacement for this closure. The new 15-foot utility easement shall be located immediately west of the utility easement requested to be closed and outside the building setback line and is provided by a separate fact sheet.

Staff recommends the Council preview the ordinance and set it for adoption.
