Consideration, discussion, and possible preview of an ordinance closing a detention easement on property located in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Thirty (36), Township Eighteen (18), North Range Fourteen (14) East, a subdivision in the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, generally located east of 9th Street and a quarter mile north of Tucson Street; repealing all ordinances to the contrary; and declaring an emergency (Lynn Lane Mini Storage Phase II)

Background:
The owner, Robert L. and Belinda L. Cacy, have submitted an application requesting the closure of a 0.17-acre detention easement along the east side of the property. A new dedication of a detention easement is being submitted as a replacement for this closure. The new 0.19-acre detention easement shall be located on the south side of the property and is provided by separate fact sheet.
Staff recommends the Council preview the ordinance and set it for adoption.
