End

Background:

The owner, Robert L. and Belinda L. Cacy, have submitted an application requesting the closure of a 0.17-acre detention easement along the east side of the property. A new dedication of a detention easement is being submitted as a replacement for this closure. The new 0.19-acre detention easement shall be located on the south side of the property and is provided by separate fact sheet.

 

Staff recommends the Council preview the ordinance and set it for adoption.
