Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1881 (CG and R-2) to (RS-3 and FD) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on August 21, 2012, subject to the property being platted.  The plat, Berwick South, was recorded in Tulsa County on March 3, 2016.  The property is located on the northeast corner of Florence Street and Mingo Road.
