Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1781 (A-1 to R-3S) and PUD 181, which contained 79.58 acres, were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on October 15, 2007, subject to the property being platted. On February 1, 2008, the R-3S district was changed to RS-3. This third phase of this development contains 25.04 acres. The plat, Spring Creek of Broken Arrow III, was recorded in Tulsa County on May 27, 2016.
Zoning Change: A-1 to RS-3 along with PUD 281.

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3474 and approve the Emergency Clause.
