Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1946 (CH to IL) for 1.81 acres and PUD 243 for 2.64 acres were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on December 1, 2015, subject to the property being platted. The plat, Collision Works, was recorded in Tulsa County on May 27, 2016.
Zoning Change: CH to IL along with PUD 243.

A Tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Fourteen (14) East, City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, document #6679.
