Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1924 (A-1 to IL and PUD 231) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on January 6, 2015, subject to the property being platted. The plat, Mullin Plumbing, was recorded in Wagoner County on July 20, 2016.

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3471 and approve the Emergency Clause.
