The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from B-Z Properties, L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company.
Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
Funding for this project is from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board FAP-FY17 Loan.
Cost: $ 26,449.00
