Background:

On January 26, 2017, the Planning Commission approved Broken Arrow Lot Split (BAL) 2010, a request to split a 10-acre parcel into two five acre parcels.  BAL 2010 was approved subject to right-of-way and utility easement being dedicated along 9th Street in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations.  The property is located one-quarter mile south of New Orleans Street, east of 9th Street.

 

The applicant/owner Margaret Ogle Campbell, Trustee of The Margaret Ogle Campbell Trust dated July 8, 1987, has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a 17.5-foot wide utility easement along the east side of 9th Street as stipulated with the approval of BAL 2010.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.

Recommendation:    Accept the utility easement dedication.
