Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at Villas at Bricktown located at 1251 North Olive Avenue

Background:
A & A Asphalt Inc., has completed the construction for Villas at Bricktown. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Water; (2) Stormwater, (3) Sanitary Sewer and (4) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $409,729.00.
