Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at Ferguson Subaru located at 1501 North Elm Place

Background:
McGuire Brothers Construction, Inc. and D-Kerns Construction has completed the construction for Ferguson Subaru. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Water; and (2) Sidewalk.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $45,528.00.
