Background:
The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) issued the attached Permit No. SL000073161049-R for construction of the 209th Street Lift Station and Force Main on
January 23, 2017. The ODEQ also approved the Engineering Report for the project. ODEQ requested that the receipt of the permit be acknowledged in the minutes of the next regular meeting of the governing body.
