Background:
The applicant, Jarrod Sanders of AAB Engineering, LLC., on behalf of the property owner, New Bedford Lakes, LLC, submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Utility Easement for the purpose of providing a 25-foot utility easement on an unplatted property located south of Omaha Street and west of 37th Street south of the Platted Phase One (1) Silverleaf Subdivision.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
