Background:

The applicant, Jarrod Sanders of AAB Engineering, LLC., on behalf of the property owner, Fifty-First South, LLC, submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Utility Easement for the purpose of providing a 11-foot utility easement on an unplatted property located north of Omaha Street and west of 37th Street on the west side of Platted Phase One (1) Silverleaf Subdivision.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
