Rezoning case BAZ 1962 (CN and ARS-1 to CN along with PUD 247A) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on September 6, 2016, subject to the property being platted. The plat, Kum & Go #837, was recorded in Wagoner County on December 29, 2016.
