Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1959 (R-3 to DM) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on August 2, 2016.  Since the property was already platted, the City Council waived the requirement to replat the property.

 

Zoning Change: R-3 (Single-family residential) to DM (Downtown Mixed Use Core District)

 

Acreage: 0.96 acres
