Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at The Crossing at Lynn Lane located at Washington Street and 9th Street

Background:
Ira M. Green Construction has completed the construction for The Crossing at Lynn Lane. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements include the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm; (3) Sanitary and (4) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $728,658.06.
