Approval of and authorization to execute a Professional Consultant Agreement with Planning Design Group, Inc., for design of Leisure Park Improvements, New Splashpad and Playground (Project No. 176044)

Background:
The New Splashpad and Playground in Leisure Park, located approximately 1/2 mile east of Aspen Avenue and one-half mile north of Florence Street, is a 2014 Quality of Life General Obligation Bond project. Staff has negotiated a Professional Consultant Agreement with Planning Design Group, Inc. (PDG), in the amount of $32,500.00 for design of the facilities (attached). Staff recommends approval of the Professional Consultant Agreement.
Funding for the project is from the 2014 Quality of Life General Obligation Bonds.
Cost: $32,500.00
