Notification of City Manager's and Assistant City Manager's execution of Professional Consultant Agreements in accordance with City Ordinance

Background:
The City Manager is authorized by ordinance to approve contract actions up to $25,000.00, including A/E agreements, professional consultant contracts and amendments, and construction contracts and has authorized the Assistant City Manager's to execute contracts up to $15,000. The City requires that the governing body be apprised of such approvals by the City Manager or his designee at the next following meeting.
The City Manager or Assistant City Manager for Operations approved the following Professional Consultant Agreements:
* Professional Consultant Agreement with GH2 Architects, LLC, for design of Rose West Park and Trail Head Restroom, Project No. 126038A, $13,300.00, 01/10/17.
* Professional Consultant Agreement with GH2 Architects, LLC, for design of Events Park Restrooms, Project No. 176039, $11,300.00, 01/10/17.
* Professional Consultant Agreement with Flynt & Kallenberger, Inc., for design of Events Park Security Lighting, Project No. 176041, $9,000.00, 01/10/17.
* Professional Consultant Agreement with Planning Design Group, Inc., for design of Country Aire Park Improvements, New Playground, Project No. 176045, $13,750.00, 01/10/17.
* Professional Consultant Agreement with GH2 Architects, LLC, for design of Liberty Parkway Trailhead Restroom, Project No. 176048, $13,400.00, 01/10/17.
* Professional Consultant Agreement with GH2 Architects, LLC, for design of Battle Creek Golf Course Improvements, Covered Walkway to Connect Banquet Facility and Pro shop, Project No. BC1712, $9,000.00, 01/10/17.
