Background:
R.L. Shears Company, P.C. prepared the construction documents for Downtown Main Street Streetscapes, Phase IV. During bidding and construction, several issues were raised that required additional work by the designer, including additional improvements to Ash Avenue, El Paso Street, and the Main Street and Detroit intersection. Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Consultant Agreement to cover that work was negotiated in the amount of $17,400.00. The revised total contract amount, including Amendments 1, 2, and 3, is $521,490.00.
Funding for the project is from Vision 2025 Surplus, 2014 Streets GO Bond, and Sales Tax Capital Improvements.
Cost: $ 17,400.00
