Approval of and authorization to execute a Professional Consultant Agreement with Poe and Associates, Inc., for design of Aspen Avenue and Washington Street Intersection Improvements (Project No. ST1705)

Background:
Improvements to the intersection of Aspen Avenue (145th East Avenue) and Washington Street (91st Street South), are required in conjunction with the Aspen Street Rehabilitation Project from Washington Street to New Orleans Street (101st Street South). The attached Professional Consultant Agreement with Poe and Associates, Inc., for design of the intersection improvements and approximately 600 feet from the intersection in each direction, was negotiated in the amount of $128,000.00.
Funding for the project is from the 2014 Streets GO Bond.
Cost: $128,000.00
