Approval of and authorization to execute Amendment No. 3 to Professional Consultant Agreement with Garver, LLC for engineering of 9th Street Widening, El Paso Street to Elgin Street (Project No. ST1210)

Background:
Garver, L.L.C. engineers has prepared the final design of 9th Street improvements from Elgin Street to El Paso Street. During right-of-way acquisition, several issues were raised that required additional design services from the consultant, among them preparation of displays for meetings and a traffic signal analysis and design for the corner of 9th Street and Dallas. Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Consultant Agreement to cover that work was negotiated in the amount of $52,080.49. The revised total contract amount, including Amendments 1, 2, and 3, is $298,413.41.
Funding for the project is from 2011 and 2014 Streets GO Bond.
Cost: $ 52,080.49
