Background:
At its meeting of May 17, 2016 the City Council approved a Professional Services Contract with Young Strategies, Inc. for the tourism asset inventory in the amount of $54,160.00. The attached amendment to the Professional Services Contract in an amount not to exceed $4,663.26 includes additional costs related to the project such as Smith Travel Research lodging analysis, additional visitor surveys and implementation of Research Now database.
Funding for this contact amendment will come from the Convention and Visitors’ Bureau department budget.
Cost: $4,663.26
