Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements for Shadow Trails located at the northeast corner of 111th and 129th East Avenue

Background:
McGuire Brothers and Cross-Bo Construction has completed the construction for the Shadow Trails Subdivision. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Water, (2) Sanitary Sewer, (3) Storm, (4) Paving, (5) Offsite Sewer, and (6) Offsite Water.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $6,195,170.00.
