Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of and authorization to execute Resolution No. 969 to amend the City of Broken Arrow Comprehensive Plan to accommodate the RS-4 District

Background:
On December 20, 2016, the City Council adopted Ordinance 3465 that added the RS-4 (Residential Single Family district) to the Broken Arrow Zoning Ordinance. On October 13, 2016, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the RS-4 district and recommended that the RS-4 district be allowed in Level 2 and Level 3 of the Broken Arrow Comprehensive Plan. Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan are adopted by Resolutions. Therefore, Resolution 969 has been prepared to incorporate the RS-4 district into Level 2 and Level 3 of the Broken Arrow Comprehensive Plan.
